Thank you for sending us feedback Mr Storr, I understand our Hull branch have since been in contact with your partner and the work has been agreed to be carried out. It is the responsibility and the decision of the landlord to agree to pay for the repairs. We are trying our best to get the landlord to agree to this, nevertheless, we have agreed to proceed with the work.
