I called and was told to email the pictures. Nobody ever emailed me back. I called back again and they got a technician who said yeah that ladder is hard to get to sink. A few more days passed and was told there is nothing they can do. Waste of over $300.

Today I took the ladder out and completely started over. It fell apart. This was after I tried getting in the pool with it and fell. All the steps fell down and I went with them.

Thank you for the response. Is there anyway to get the coupon again? After receiving the chemicals so quickly and how well they worked I am considering upgrading my ladder. A coupon of any sort would help with that purchase. Thank you for your consideration on this matter.
