Le Ski Ltd Omdömen

Thanks for your response. I understand your comments about Carbon Footprint Audits and appreciate it must be very frustrating for all your other initiatives to be ignored. There is, however, a general trend towards eating less meat for various reasons and our change in one night's menu is a response to this. The feedback we have had to the Wellington has been very positive. If you wish to have meat as an alternative in the future, please advise our office staff who will make the appropriate arrangements. Regards Liz

Glad you enjoyed your stay. Good idea re the tea copy!
