Thank you for your feedback,. We’re sorry that you were disappointed with our carriage charges. However, we do feel it’s important to provide some context for anyone reading this review. Your delivery was to Omagh, Northern Ireland, where shipping costs and the associated administration are significantly higher than standard UK mainland deliveries. We operate a standard carriage charge for deliveries of up to 25kg to this region, and this charge is clearly displayed during the checkout process before any payment is taken. We believe in being transparent with our pricing. The carriage cost was neither hidden nor added after the fact, allowing customers to make an informed decision before placing an order. Whilst we appreciate that you may disagree with the cost, we don’t feel it’s fair to suggest that it came as a surprise when it was clearly shown and accepted before the order was completed.
