Lovely accommodation. But we had to spend the first night sleeping on top of the duvet cover as no-one had left any sheets in the apartment!

Bed linen are not included in "Le Grand Panorama II" and can be added and paid for at the same time as booking accommodation. We will make sure it appears in a clearer way on the website though as for now it can be confusing. In the future and if you're not sure, don't hesitate to call us quickly at the UK office in order to check together :)

Thank you Manon. The receptionist said that the bed linen was included as the holiday was just a short stay, but the staff should have left it in the apartment. I do understand that I have to make the beds.

I was disappointed about their willingness or let me say their english language. I think I went to the reception 3 or 4 times for questions and only once spoke I to a person who could speak english....
