The reply sent Wed, 18 Jan 2023 at 10:19 AM was as follows - "Hi Lee, Thank you for your email and recent order.I'm sorry to see the issue with you Mystic brand sweat.We will be able to exchange your hoodie for a new one.Is there a day this week that works best for an exchange. We will use a DPD swap service where the same courier will both deliver and collect at the same time.Many thanks, Tom" Since we have not received a reply to the email above that you have confirmed receipt of, no exchange of the item has been arranged.
