Good Afternoon. Thank you for leaving us a review. Firstly I would like to apologise for the delay in your order that lead to you making the decision to cancel your order. Investigating this, it left our warehouse next day but got delayed at Fedex Hub for 4 days. The reason for the hold was unknown and I have raised this with our account manager. We look to improve our service wherever possible and appreciate all of the feedback our customers leave us. I do hope that you feel you can order with us again some day and that you receive a better service.
