I have paid for my tickets but I still have not received my tickets. I have never had to wait for some kind of verification. I would like know why I still haven’t received my e-tickets

We would like to inform you that in every ticket orders we exercise a “Verification Process” in order to be able to validate the authenticity of the ticket orders. Further verifying the card holder’s name billing address and the phone is part of our verification protocol that we as an online travel agency has made mandatory for every booking made offline or online, in order to ensure that no one is misusing the card. This is also to ascertain that the cardholder is participating in the transaction and to verify the legitimacy of the ticket purchase.
