When it comes to baggage most of our tickets are discounted fare which we get in bulk from the airline so there is always a restriction when it comes to those negotiable discounted fares so we have to comply with the airline rules and restrictions as an online travel agency, we cannot go beyond the Airline restrictions and we will always assist the customer's appropriately abiding by the rules and restrictions keeping in mind that every customer's concern is important.
