We take utmost priority to deliver the best customer service to all and we want every customer to have a satisfactory experience with us and in every ticket orders, we exercise a “Verification Process” in order to be able to validate the authenticity of the ticket orders by calling the cardholder to make sure its a valid transaction for the safety of the cardholder. The verification process might sound a little absurd as many may have not gone through such verification in the past with other travel agency, but again we do this just to prevent fraudulent activity with the card.
