Dear Mr. Austin from Customer Service, I have never received the E-Tickets as you claimed that they would be processed and emailed to me during Today's business hours. If your AGENCY did not resolve the issue ASAP then I am going to take SEVERAL PROPER ACTIONS AGAINST YOUR TRAVEL AGENCY including BLOWING THE SOCIAL MEDIA with the Cheating. I cannot understand how come you changed your mind that I have already Booked and paid for them. hey everybody, don't ever believe what they promise as they keep giving unjustified JUSTIFICATIONS.
