I was interested in your feedback, as it is something that we are currently working on. If you look at the website today you will see that we have made several improvements to the layout and the design. Improvements will be on going so that the customer experience will be much improved. Excellent service - needed to get a basic tee which I ordered in the afternoon and it arrived the next day before I'd left for work. Will definitely use the site for future purchases.
