Thanks for the quick response. I don't doubt you were chasing like crazy, but I wasn't getting the feedback as to progress (or lack of) which I'd liked to have had. Apart from that I've been v pleased with the overall service and I've gone back for advice on other things. Will definitely continue to use you as the quality of advice was fantastic and you're a great bunch of people to talk to.
