Difficult returns
The shirt was lovely but I bought 2 sizes within a few days. To return the 2nd one asked me to complete the returns section of the delivery note but there wasn’t a returns section

cut on the small side
Service was good, selection of larger sizes was limited and cut on the small side, i'm having to have the jacket let out as its far to tight.

Excellent service from browsing the website right through to delivery. Item also very nicely packed in a sturdy box and wrapped in tissue paper.
