Dear Customer,We are sorry to read your damning reviews on both our website and social media. As you can see, this seldom happens. It can be very harmful. All staff are under strict instruction from our directors that in 'extreme circumstances' they must end customer calls immediately. This has happened only once this year. Still,we are very sorry if this upset you. Debbie explained that our supplier simply picked the wrong item from their warehouse, basic human error, nothing more, but massive stock shortages due to Covid-19 made it impossible to supply you with an exchange in the time frame you demanded. We gave you every possible alternative option and you chose to have us collect your (used) sunbeds and refund you in FULL. We complied immediately. We take full responsibility and we are very sorry that you chose to react this way to our best endeavours.
