Service in are was great. Delivery, just dumped and left I. A dangerous state. I have raken photos to show how it's been left.

Good Afternoon,
I am sorry to hear you have not received excellent service throughout your experience of JB.
I have investigated your delivery and am assured our driver carefully placed all your items in your garden in your absence, with your permission. Sometimes the boxes can look a little ragged but the furniture within them is absolutely fine. I have just called your mobile to speak to you and apologise personally and reassure you that if there is any damage, the items will be replaced post haste.
We are proud of an impeccable service record and seldom have negative feedback.

Just a quick note to let you know I have tried to call and confirm everything is now in order. We sent a driver to you the very next day to arrange the boxes where you wanted them in your garden and you suggested you may want to re-rate our service once everything was OK.

Thank you for sorting the furniture out. The time taken to rectify the problem meant a great deal and made me feel like a valued customer. Furniture quality and look is wonderful and we would certainly be back for more in the future
