They were very quick to respond. My only complaint is I wish I was given a tracking number when the cards were shipped. I had to bother them a couple of times via email to ease my worry.

Thank you for the feedback. We use 2 different couriers for delivery and unfortunately one of them does not provide tracking details. When we say we are going to deliver on time! We always do. :-)
Regarding the images you supplied. We think they were screen shots taken from the web and this process will only make a 72ppi image and not a 300ppi image that is required for all printing. Despite this we were pleased with how they printed.
