Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry you were unable to download the items easily.
I believe my colleague has sent you two different types of file to download and sync with your phone (do make sure the whole file has been synced, not just a download link).
We have not had any issues with MP3 files playing on an android phone elsewhere, but I will take a look at the files and make sure that they do work on my own android phone.
As stated on our website under each MP3 listing and on our download instructions page (www.natalhypnotherapy.co.uk/shop/Download-Instructions-3) at the moment the technology on phones and tablets does not enable this due to the way the manufacturers have designed them. We would love for you to be able to do this and are looking into ways of making this happen.
I will also contact you separately to ensure you have access to the tracks you have purchased.
