Overall using the website to buy the experience was good, but navigating it to find the exact details of what was involved was not intuitive. However the after sales service was excellent.
Excellent customer service from Angela. Very friendly and helpful. The booking took 5 minutes to sort out and I received an email confirmation straight away.
