You do everything so well, and always go back to you. Even when you are not displaying what I want on line you have managed to tailor-make the holiday I wanted to Nice this year

First class service and attention to detail.
Lorraine was excellent, nothing was too much trouble and she went the extra mile to ensure that the trip fully met our requirements. She was hampered by a slow operating system.

Staff a swearing booking call very helpful and careful that the holiday would meet our needs however when transferred to office dealing with booking seats I waited for the call to be answered for...
