We also appreciate your practical advice to prospective travellers. We were pleased to read that you felt the attractions and sites were well worth the travelling involved. Thank you once again for taking the time to write to us. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing such an appreciative review of what was clearly a long-anticipated journey. It is very encouraging to learn that the tour lived up to its place on your bucket list, and that the parks left such a strong impression on you. We were also pleased to read that your luggage was always waiting in your room on arrival, as removing that practical concern allows guests to focus fully on the experience. Your Travel Director's care, attentiveness and depth of knowledge are warmly appreciated, particularly his insights into the parks and the heritage of the Native American peoples of the region. Learning about the cultural history of a landscape greatly enriches a visit, and we are pleased that this was so much a part of your journey. Your Coach Driver's skill and professionalism are equally valued, and we will gladly pass on your kind words to both of them. Thank you once again for taking the time to write to us. Thank you for sharing such a considered review of a journey through a difficult and fascinating period of history. It is very encouraging to learn that your Travel Director communicated so clearly and kept everything running smoothly, and that your Coach Driver made you feel safe throughout. We will gladly pass on your kind words to both of them. We were also pleased that the smaller group size and the comfortable coach contributed to your enjoyment. We appreciate your remarks on the dietary care you received. We were sorry to learn that, although attention was paid to your coeliac requirements, the dessert options were limited and largely confined to fruit salad, leaving you to watch others enjoy dishes that you could not share. We will pass this observation to our Product Development Department so that the range of suitable alternatives may be considered carefully. It is gratifying that you found the insight into rebuilding after a communist regime, and the opportunity to hear directly from local people, so compelling, and that the private visit to Bran Castle and the newly opened hotels, including the one in Sofia, were such highlights. We were also sorry that some of the driving days were long, and that border crossings could take two to three hours owing to the new biometric procedures. These delays lie largely beyond our control, but we will share your comments with our Operations Department so that the pacing of such days may be reviewed. Thank you once again for your thoughtful and balanced feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

We were sorry that some of your party fell ill during the tour, and we are pleased that your Travel Director did her utmost to support you through those difficult days. We will gladly pass on your kind words to both of them. We also appreciate your practical observations on the itinerary. Your comment that certain days, such as the visit to Capri, can become hectic when Positano is included will be helpful to our planning, as will your suggestion of a morning excursion to San Gimignano followed by free time to enjoy the resort pool in the afternoon. We will share these points with our Product Development Department so that the pacing of those days may be considered carefully. Thank you once again for taking the time to write to us. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.
