We are pleased to hear that you found the itinerary great, and that your Travel Director made such a conscientious effort to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone. It is also encouraging to know that the hotels made a strong impression. We also appreciate your comment that the programme avoided stops at remote merchandise outlets, as we aim to keep the focus firmly on the destinations themselves. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful and detailed feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found your Travel Director, Coach Driver and Local Guides so capable, kind and helpful, and that the wide range of sights and experiences made a strong impression. We also appreciate your candour regarding the size of the group and the restrictions this placed on hotel accommodation and access. We are sorry that, as a solo traveller who had paid the single supplement, you felt expected to make compromises on outings and dinners so that couples could be seated together, particularly when you would have preferred to sit with the friends you had made. Your comment that the long days left you feeling rushed on arrival is likewise noted. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that group size, seating arrangements and pacing can be reviewed. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the itinerary amazing and invigorating, and that your Travel Director's use of slide shows and talks on history and geology, together with the adjustments made for guests with differing levels of mobility, added so much to the experience. We also note your comment that a little more time at some of the sights would have been welcome. We are sorry to learn that you were unable to stay in the Grand Canyon lodging because of the flooding and water disruption, and that the refund you were promised has not yet been received. Having to chase this by letter and telephone without a response is unacceptable, and we sincerely regret the difficulty you have experienced in reaching us. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that your refund can be investigated and our communication with guests reviewed. Thank you once again for your comments.

We also appreciate your kind comments regarding the airport transfers, the choice of hotels, the condition and service aboard the Nile cruise, and the standard of driving throughout. It is especially encouraging to know that your Travel Director's care, even-handed attention to every guest and depth of knowledge of ancient Egypt made such a strong impression. Thank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback, and for travelling with us on eight occasions. We are pleased to hear that you regarded this tour as one of your best experiences, and we appreciate your kind comments regarding your Travel Director's knowledge, organisation and attentiveness to every guest. We note your suggestion regarding the itinerary concluding in Zürich on a Sunday, when most shops are closed, and we recognise that this limited the opportunity to shop as well as sightsee. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that the scheduling can be reviewed. Thank you once again for your comments.

Moments of this kind add real meaning to a journey. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We are pleased to hear that you considered the itinerary an excellent way to experience Greece, and that it allowed you to visit the major archaeological sites you had hoped to see. We also appreciate your kind comments regarding your Travel Director's dedication, particularly her attentiveness to guests with mobility needs and the additional arrangements made for dinners and evening gatherings. It is equally encouraging to know that the Local Guides shared their knowledge so effectively. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We are pleased to hear that you were able to see so much of England and Wales, and that you found the Travel Director and Coach Driver accommodating and helpful throughout. We are sorry to learn of the conditions you encountered at the hotel in Barnstaple. A small, damp room with an unpleasant odour falls well short of the standard we expect for our guests, and we regret that it detracted from an otherwise highly positive experience. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that the matter can be reviewed with the property concerned. Thank you once again for your comments.
