Thank you for this excellent rating. We are pleased that it reflects a positive experience, and we appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to learn that our Travel Director proved both knowledgeable and attentive, and we shall be sure to pass on your comments to him and to the wider team. We were sorry that low water levels prevented the river cruise from taking place, and we appreciate your candid remarks regarding the Optional Excursions. Your observation that the BMW visit resembled a showroom experience is a helpful one, and we shall share it with our Product Development Department as we review the content of our Optional Excursions. It was also encouraging to read that you found the hotels, locations and arranged dinners to be of such a high standard. Feedback of this kind is greatly valued, as it helps us to maintain the quality of our programmes. Thank you once again for your thoughtful comments. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a candid and detailed account of your experience. We were sorry to learn that several aspects of the journey fell short of the standard you rightly expected, and we appreciate your acknowledging how remarkable Morocco itself proved to be. We recognise that two days of travel exceeding eleven hours would have been demanding, and that this left less opportunity to enjoy the destinations along the way. Your comments regarding the special dinners in Fes and Marrakech are also of concern to us, as the service, entertainment and quality of food you describe are not what we intend our guests to experience. We were particularly sorry to read of the condition of the hotel in Casablanca, since cleanliness is a fundamental expectation, and we shall raise this matter with our Operations Department. Your observation that the meal at Rick's Café was of a much higher standard is a helpful point of comparison, and we shall share it with our Product Development Department as we review our dining and accommodation partners, together with the pacing of the driving days. Thank you once again for your honest feedback. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss your experience further, and we hope to be able to offer you a more fitting journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very pleased to learn that our Travel Director exceeded your expectations. Recognition of this kind is greatly valued, as it reflects the care and commitment we hope every guest will experience on their journey. Thank you once again for your kind words. We look forward to the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and for continuing to travel with us over so many years. Your loyalty is greatly valued, and we are pleased to know that this itinerary met the standard you have come to expect. It was especially encouraging to read that you and your husband found the quality of the accommodation entirely satisfactory. We shall share your comments with the Operations Department. We were also pleased that the itinerary offered the new experiences you were seeking, and that your stays in Cortina d'Ampezzo and Bavena were so enjoyable. Your observation that a third day in Cortina would have been welcome is a helpful one, and we shall pass it on to our itinerary planning team as we review the length of stay at each destination. Thank you once again for your thoughtful feedback. We look forward to welcoming you and your husband on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing such a considered and detailed review. We are pleased to learn that you and your husband enjoyed the destinations included in your itinerary, and we shall be sure to pass on your generous comments about our Travel Director to him and the wider team. His patience, knowledge and dedication are qualities we value highly, and it is gratifying to know that they contributed so much to your experience. We were sorry to read that the number of single-night stays, and the limited time available to relax and absorb your surroundings, made the journey more demanding than it ought to have been. Your suggestion of a minimum two-night stay is a valuable one, and we shall share it with our itinerary planning team as we review the pacing of our programmes. Feedback of this kind is particularly helpful in ensuring that our travellers are able to enjoy each destination at a more comfortable and unhurried pace. Thank you again for your thoughtful comments. We hope to have the privilege of welcoming you both on another journey in the future.

Thank you for your kind and considered review. We are delighted that you found your Travel Director so professional, patient, knowledgeable and caring, and that they attended to the needs of the group and followed through on special requests. Attentiveness of this kind contributes greatly to the quality of a journey, and we appreciate your recognition of it. We are also pleased that the itinerary, the pacing, the choice of hotels and the standard of driving all met your expectations. It would be a privilege to welcome you on another tour in the future.

Thank you for such a thoughtful and generous review, and for choosing to travel with us on three occasions. We are delighted that the itinerary allowed you to see Yellowstone National Park, Mount Rushmore and Custer State Park firsthand, having known them for so long only in print. It is particularly encouraging to learn that the comfort of the coach, with its additional legroom, contributed to your enjoyment. We are also grateful for your kind remarks regarding your Travel Director and Coach Driver. Their knowledge, safe driving and thoughtful attention to your wife's mobility needs reflect the standard of care we aim to provide, and we appreciate your recognition of it. It would be a privilege to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the long drives between sites felt excessive, and we recognise that extended periods on the coach can detract from the time and energy available to enjoy each destination. Your comment has been noted and will be considered as we review the pacing and structure of our itineraries. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
