It is encouraging to learn that your week in Ireland, beginning in Dublin and taking in several quaint towns and stretches of countryside, was such a rewarding one. Thank you for sharing such a considered and constructive review. It is encouraging to learn that the destinations, the coach, your Travel Director and Coach Driver, and the included guided tours were all so well received. We are sorry, however, that the number of Optional Excursions left you with few alternatives on certain days, and we recognise that you would have preferred a greater proportion of the itinerary to be included in the price. We also appreciate your helpful suggestion that earlier arrivals at each destination would allow a free afternoon in which to become familiar with the surroundings. Your observations will be shared with our Product Development Department so that they may be considered when reviewing the balance of included and optional experiences. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. It is encouraging to learn that your Travel Director and Coach Driver made such a positive impression, and that the itinerary, though fast-paced, allowed you to visit seven countries. We are sorry, however, that transport from St Pancras station to Heathrow Airport could not be arranged as part of your package following your Eurostar journey to London, and we recognise how inconvenient this must have been at the end of your holiday. Your comments will be shared with our Product Development and Operations department so that they may review how onward travel arrangements are handled for guests in similar circumstances. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. It is encouraging to learn that our Reservations Team was helpful and easy to contact, and that you were kept well informed about your status and flights. We are pleased that the itinerary allowed you to see the northern, central and southern regions of Italy, and that the principal landmarks and the beauty of each area made such a favourable impression. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.
