Warranty scam
The 10 year warranty is a joke.. After one year you are covered for spare parts only. I asked if I could get get a spare part...a hinge since it was covered under warranty and fit it myself. But...

We got a new machine and mother board was broke . Hoover replaced withn a few days with a new one and engineer installed and it’s now working perfectly.
