Hur samlas Feefo-omdömen in?

I am terribly sorry to hear your item did not arrive in time, I have checked the tracking and I can see Ukmail did try to deliver this item on the Monday and the Tuesday but the driver marked this as 'no one in' I am extremely sorry if this is not the case.

You have mentioned that you have sent over some emails to customer service however when I search using the email you have left in your order nothing comes up, perhaps your emails were sent to the wrong email address?

I am glad the gift was well received and should you need any help in the future please do give us a call on 01422 375940 or email me at sales@hollywoodmirrors.co.uk

Thank you

Hi,

Our site is 100% safe, I have spoken with you this morning and I am waiting to hear back from the courier to let me know when your item will be delivered.

As per my email the delay has come from no one being at the property when delivery was attempted.

I will be in touch shortly to let you know when delivery will be made.
