Mrs Hyusein you had a conversation with our agent as the price of the package had gone up and you were told of the extra cost if you wanted the 5 nights. Instead of 5 nights you accepted 4 at the same price and the possibility of arranging a late check out. 4 nights were confirmed on your paperwork so you were aware before travel. Our agent called to discuss the solution before you agreed as this is our process and we are sorry if you did not fully understand the situation.

Hello Steven, many thanks for your feedback. You will have seen from our website that it can take up to 72 hours to get all of the suppliers to confirm arrangements you select and we provide this information openly to customers so an informed decision may be made before committing. We also fully advise the process about offer costs and availability which we hope does not lead to customers being disappointed or upset. We are very pleased you otherwise had a great holiday.
We specialise in finding the best deal for you - whether you are planning a family holiday, time away with friends or a couples-only getaway. We take away the hassle of searching for the ideal trip and do it for you.
