In relation to the soap bars, we completely agree that hygiene is extremely important. What we had found previously was that soap was often unused, and on occasion left stuck to bathroom surfaces which unfortunately caused staining and damage. That said, we do continue to review guest feedback and expectations around these touches as part of the overall guest experience. We’re pleased to hear you found the caravan clean and tidy, and that the issues with the electrics and shower were resolved quickly and efficiently by our maintenance team during your stay. We would also like to clarify that the drinking glasses are provided on a low, easy-reach shelf beside the dining table to make them more accessible, rather than being stored in a high cupboard. We appreciate your comments regarding the wet room access. The edging at the doorway is a feature included in all of our wet rooms to help prevent water from escaping into the main living area. We also confirm that all of our accessible caravans have a ramp located at the patio entrance, positioned consistently across the units. Dear Guest, Thank you for your kind feedback. We’re really pleased to hear you enjoyed the park, accommodation and dog-friendly facilities, as well as the surrounding area. Decking in the New Forest will be more susceptible to adverse conditions, so we take the feedback on the decking onboard. I am reviewing the dog bins as if these have been removed, they should indeed be removed from the map. I am investigating if these can return, and if not, change the map!
