Disappointed with the variable quality

The process of ordering and time to deliver were very good, but some of the cashmere wool jumpers I had ordered were so thin you could see the pattern of my top through them. Sent back 3 of 4 jumpers...

Straight denim skirt

No problems with the order, but delivery gave a 10 hour window and I had to wait in nearly 8 hours before it arrived. Polite and cheerful though on arrival.
