Flag that purchase will attract Brexit tariffs at point of purchase and not in the confirmation email later. But more preferable change your supply chain and sort out a tariff free solution for EU...

Hello there, Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback, I can confirm that unfortunately as per our current terms and conditions, we are currently unable to predict the current customs charges that will be accrued and charged by the country for delivery as we no longer charge UK VAT at this time. As such we do advise checking what the current customs charges may/should be for any purchase that is due for delivery depending on which country you are having your parcel delivered into. Update on delivery, which was prompt, was good. Unfortunately the refund for the one returned item was for the wrong amount. Currently waiting for additional refund.
