Facilitator did her best but had much to cover in just one day.
Materials given were okay, but too much packed into one day. Made understanding and assimilation difficult. Facilitator in a hurry to run through, yet still left some few out.

Really effective training, came away from the course feeling confident for my upcoming exam. Julian Bild was a fantastic trainer, explained the nuances of the OISC scheme very clearly to the class!...
