All cars are fully prepared, cleaned and valeted to high standards before being delivered. Depending on how far away and the route to delivery a car can become a little dirtier than it would have been if collected. This is unfortunately something we cannot avoid.
The company did however exchange dialogue with you prior to this feedback and you did not mention any issues with the appearance of the vehicle? If you had done so the company would have assisted to put it right, same as how the company paid 50% of your new tyre bill.

If the vehicle was prepared to a good standard, I'd hate to see what a bad vehicle looks like.
I'm not complaining the vehicle was 'dirty' it was covered in unremoved polish.. Unless someone was polishing it while driving down I highly doubt this happened during delivery. The vehicle was delivered to my father in law due to him taking out the finance, I didn't receive the vehicle until a later date at which point I emailed my customer account manager who has failed to reply.
The most worrying fact is that the vehicle left your workshop with DIFFERENT tyres front and rear and one with a slow puncture.. I've now contacted you, why can no assistance be given with this?

If the polish was an issue for you as well as the tyres we would encourage you to have mentioned this the first time we spoke. You contacted us about the tyres, which we rectified, and never mentioned an issue with your vehicles cleanliness or any remaining polish marks?
I believe your account manager passed on your query to our general manager who has dealt with you and addressed any issues you have mentioned verbally, rather than bringing them to light via an online feedback portal.

Nothing has been dealt with in regards to the tyres, where do you have this information from? No rectification has taken place to my knowledge.

Car smelt foul on receipt, the source is the air conditioning terrible stench when turned on. Actually smells like vomit

Thanks for your feedback. Pictures can occasionally take a while depending on where your selected vehicle is. A lot of our vehicles are off site then brought onto site for preparation once they are reserved. This isn't always the case but does seem it could be responsible for the delay in your images.
We are working on some new ways to get quicker images and even video footage of our vehicles going forward.
As for the air conditioning issue, this can be due to the lack of use over a period of time. This should rectify itself soon.
