Hur samlas Feefo-omdömen in?

Excellent service

Had to wait a month to get a booking slot that was convenient but the customer service at Herdysleep and the delivery company was excellent and once my mattress arrived the wait was worth it.

Love the mattress, delivery disappointing.

Mattress is wonderfully comfortable. Was a little disappointed how long it took to be delivered after ordering and had to take day off work as they could not deliver when I wanted.

We are sorry to hear that the delivery times were slightly longer than expected. We will ensure that this does not happen again in the future.

I should add that once a day/time was agreed the delivery guys were on time, rang 20 mins before they arrived, were courteous, wore overslippers to protect the carpets and were very careful. Great service just unfortunate that our availabilities did not coincide on this occasion.
