Thank you for your feedback. As discussed over the telephone, the MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency) dictates that we must complete a medicine check with all customers who place orders on our website for GSL medicines. As you confirmed that the medicines were for personal use and were to be delivered to a residential address, we were unable to process the order, as to comply with MHRA regulation. A refund was processed immediately back to your PayPal account.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that there was a stock issue on your order. Our website is auto updated approximately every hour so our stock levels are usually very accurate so our sincere apologies that this was not the case on this occasion. Looking into this matter further, it appears that there was a rare anomaly in regards to the stock level of this product and when the invoice was processed, the quantity required was showing as out of stock, therefore no credit note would be issued as the value of your original order did not match that of your invoice and a refund for the difference was processed accordingly. That being said, you should have been notified of the out of stock prior to the order being despatched so we apologise profusely that this was not the case and will endeavour that this does not happen again. Thanks again.

As you confirmed that you were wanting to sell the medicines online, without holding a MHRA license, we were unable to process the order, as to comply with MHRA regulation. This is also stated in our terms and conditions.
