Hi,

Thanks for your feedback and we're glad to hear you like your new mattress. After 12 weeks, the natural fillings in your mattress should start to settle which will help soften the mattress to your chosen tension. This can take some getting used to, but after 12 weeks, you should begin to feel the difference. We recommend rotating and turning your mattress every couple of weeks for the first 3 months to aid this process.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you are not completely satisfied with your new mattress. It can take up to 12 weeks for the natural layers of filling in a new mattress to settle. We recommend rotating and turning your mattress to aid this process. After this, you should start to see your mattress soften to the desired tension.
