Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

Hur hanterar vi falska omdömen?

Feefo förhindrar att kunder lämnar falska omdömen, eftersom vi bara erbjuder verifierade köpare att lämna feedback.

Forms need to go digital

Sign up forms need to go digital (docusign etc)as that was the only issue we had in dealing with you.

Very helpful but keep a very close eye out for hidden extras, particularly equipment insurance fees.

Sorry to hear you have had an issue with insurance. Whilst this is not provided with us if you have been charged and do not require the insurance please let your account manager know and they can get this resolved for you. Thanks Steve

My issue was resolved but I have a similar issue every time I lease more equipment. Namely that I'm required to insure equipment that I do not actually own as it is leased which is very difficult or impossible to do. The leasing company offers their insurance as a substitute but at a vastly inflated price. There is little mention of any of this at the quotation stage... I don't like it and only get it resolved by making a fuss. Hardsoft needs to find a away to offer a fully inclusive lease agreement that includes full insurance and "admin" fees. The monthly prices quoted do not actually include these other "hidden" costs...
