Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Thank you. that was a typo on my part it seems. Regardless of this, it would have been picked up sooner had the payment been processed when it was first due to be processed.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. We're sorry to hear that you felt more clarity was needed. The admin fee is chargeable by the lease company, unfortunately. But the good news is that the 1.5% charge is payable for monthly invoicing, and as a direct debit customer this doesn't apply to you.
