We fully appreciate your comments in regards to the blip in your sale and whilst we wish we could control all elements of every sale, sometimes it can prove very difficult. On a positive note, once we were able to gain some clarity surrounding surveys and work required, we were able to move forward in a more productive manor and the Team were really grateful for your thank you card upon completion, it made their day.
