Hi Emma, thank you for this lovely review. We do pride ourselves on our quality and speed of delivery. I'm sorry too hear that your little one hasn't got the pain relief they need yet but sometime it is about perseverance. There are a few tricks to help this situation. Firstly try the glove with no heart teether inserted into the top as this can be a bit heavy for them as well as it gives them something to grab onto to pull it off. Another thing you can do is give them the glove to hold onto so that they can investigate it without it being restricting on their hand and then after they have got used to that then start trying it on their hand. Also just giving them the heart teether on its own to begin with is a good start as it is really easy for them to hold due to the design.
