Thank you for leaving a review. The anti-scratch teething. Mittens are specifically designed to be lightweight as they are going to be put on a 0 to 3 months old baby, so anything heavier wouldn't suit. As for the 3 to 6 month gummee glove, this needs to last for a long period of teething, so has to be made of a more durable and strong material which can be quite weighty. Thank you for leaving a review. The base of the anti-scratch, teething, mittens actually tighten to whatever size you need whether they be preemie babies or 0 to 3 months, these gloves should fit all comfortably. We have used a lightweight material for the top teething part of the mittens because at this early age, we wouldn't want the mittens to be too heavy, and we find that at this early stage, they aren't teething as badly. Hi Gita, sorry you're disappointed and felt like we needed you to justify yourself, this was not the case at all. We needed to see photos of exactly what we sent you so that we could see the mistake we made, so that we could work out how we made it and ensure it doesn't happen again. We have said you can keep the products that we sent to you by mistake and we have sent you the correct products too, with no extra charge because it was our mistake. We have apologised and feel sad that you still felt the need to write this review, we couldn't possibly have done any more to resolve this situation. You're based in Canada, we're in the UK, which is why your products have not arrived yet. Unfortunately, we don't have the same capabilities as Amazon as we're a tiny, husband and wife team. I appreciate your attempt to eventually fix the mistake. I still don't understand the need for photos since I clearly explained the situation. As for keeping the product I received, this is the first I am hearing this. I believe in supporting small businesses over corporations and am very satisfied with the product.

We sent the wrong size by mistake. We apologised, we put it right, and at no time did we tell you we don't do children's or adults sizes. Please pass on the incorrect sizes as a gift to someone you may know within your community who might benefit. I hope that you are satisfied with the correct size when it arrives. All the best. Unfortunately I have the email where there was a debate about children's and adults sizes. Perhaps this was a miscommunication or misunderstanding. I will pass the product on to someone else and am very satisfied with the order I received.
