I can only apologise for the truss rod keys not being included with the order, this has obviously been overlooked when the guitar has been dispatched to you. I'd like to think that we will have picked up on the small dent too but I'm afraid we've missed that too. It is somewhat unfortunate that this guitar is an end of line model, otherwise we may have been able to exchange this for you.
