Thanks for your feedback. You will always have a thick coating of chocolate on handmade chocolates. This is usually appreciated by most people. Our recipes are calculated so that the flavourings are not overpowering and bitter. Again, we sell large quantities of these and have never had this before. Maybe they're not suitable for your taste buds.

Thank you for your feedback. Upon review of your order, we discovered there was no indication that you wanted a gift note included in the package, therefore we were unaware this is what you wanted. This can be done via the 'note' section when placing your order, or via phone call if you wanted to add this after your order has already been placed.
