We're pleased to hear that you've been satisfied with the product on previous occasions, which makes it particularly disappointing to learn that this batch did not meet your expectations. Our Premium Professional Lumpwood is a dense hardwood charcoal selected for its high heat output, long burn time and traditional BBQ flavour. We also extra grade it to a 40mm+ specification to provide a good proportion of larger cooking pieces. However, as a natural product, some variation can occur and handling during packing and transport can sometimes increase the amount of smaller pieces and fines.
