Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

No magazines received

Never received a copy of the Magazine, purchased for a friend's birthday and only recently found out he has not received the magazine. The only thing received wad the free gifts. Please look into this

We can only apologise that you've had issues with receiving your magazines and that you've had to get in touch with us. Occasionally errors can happen, but we are continually making improvements to our tracking services to ensure you receive the issues you should. However our records show that the magazine started with the May issue and that this was sent on the 16/04/15 and we have not had any issues returned. We would recommend checking the delivery address on your confirmation email is correct and if not we will be happy to correct it.

Poor service, had subscription for three magazines, First one took £5.00 more a quarter than the agreed price, Second and third subscripted magazines never arrived.

Our records show that your subscription to Match magazine is being delivered successfully. However we cannot see that your other two subscriptions are being delivered and we would highly recommend checking the delivery address on your confirmation email is correct and if not we will be happy to correct it and re-start the subscription.

However our records show that both issues were delivered to the correct address and we have not had any issues returned. Unfortunately we do not have any issues left in stock, but have extended your subscription for a further two issues. Please contact our customer services team if you do not receive the next issue as we will need to track the issue separately.
