We're sorry to hear that the app isn't what you expected. We do list a full compatibility list on our website showing which platforms and devices our Apps are currently available on. We are working hard to make improvements to our Apps and digital magazines to make them as good as they can be and across as many platforms as possible.

Although we will do our utmost to ensure that your magazine is delivered around the same time it is available in the shops it is possible, on some occasions, it may be unavoidably delayed. Speed of delivery to subscribers outside the UK can be slower depending on the quality of service provided by the various organisations along the way. The following airmail delivery times should be calculated from the date the magazine is published and are approximate: Europe - 3/5 days. Middle East/Africa/Asia/North and South America - 6/10 days. Asia-Pacific/Australasia - 11/15 days.
