Occasionally errors happen that are out of our control, but we are continually making improvements to our tracking services to ensure you receive the issues you should. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. Depending on when your subscription is due to start, your first issue can take up to 6 weeks to arrive. Whereas the gift is delivered within 30 days. In the email order confirmation your issue start date should be noted and this will tell you when you should receive your first issue.
