Thank you for writing your review. It is truly unfortunate that the pickup and dropoff locations were not clear although this would be listed in the confirmation voucher that you received by e-mail. The tour bus stop locations are listed by the Reykjavik City authority to facilitate those not staying at hotels and guesthouses and this is what your booking indicates, tour bus stop #13 by Raudararstígur

Thank you for your feedback in order to explain the service you signed up for. The booking is listed as shared shuttle service where you will be taken to our main depot with the Airport Direct coach where smaller vehicles take passengers to their respective hotels and tour bus stops. Your hotel Centerhotel Skjaldbreid is located on a restricted to light vehicles and the city of Reykjavik has assigned this hotel to a tour bus stop 260m (3 minute walk from the nearest tour bus stop. The shared shuttle service uses large vehicles and regrettably this is the arrangement that is included - some hotels are accessible but the city center has tour bus stops nearby.

Ny varm bus

Bussen til opsamling var forsinket med 45 minutter. Guide og chauffør var efter opsamling hurtige til at få arrangeret en ny bus med varme. Nordlyset viste sig bedst i ventetiden midt i byen
