For the shared shuttle transfer the 30 minutes are needed to collect passengers from their respective locations requested for the schedule departure from Reykjavik

Thank you for your feedback. We have seen a great deal of increase in visitor arrival this Winter and accordingly increased the frequency of departures from the airport. Looking at your booking, the reservation is for the 16:00 departure and to return with pickup starting at 06:30 however the shuttle reported not finding you at the location indicated shortly after or during the 15-20 minutes allocated for the purpose of collecting passengers for the shared shuttle departure at 07:00 truly unfortunate that you missed the shuttle sent to collect you.
