Thank you for writing your review. Regrettable that you were not aware of the instructions on your voucher where details are made clear. The airport coach takes you to our main terminal in Reykjavik where smaller shuttles are organized for each passenger to take them to their respective hotel and this is not at all a random operation. We try our very best to serve customers and we have the details of their accommodation and do take all to the nearest possible location where they are staying, Nothing random at all. The same is for the return to airport for the shared shuttle transfer. Smaller vehicles collect passengers at their selected location at the time requested and take them to the main terminal where the airport coach is waiting to take passengers to the airport
