Steve our river cruise narrator was the best we have ever listened to. Our city tour guide was as good, funny, informative, overall probably the best two tours by Gray Line that we have ever taken...
Prompt, professional, very informative. Nice bus tour of the city that included transportation to the dock for the Harbor cruise - also very informative. Great price as well.

The tour was good, but the driver's mike didn't work correctly and he was hard to understand. He also seemed to talk about modern movies where filmed, while I like to know that, it seemed a bit much....
Good experience, The tour guide was excellent, very knowledgeable. The only negative was lady for Gray Line to check in at vistor's center. She was not friendly.
